The representative electrophoretic gel featuring the RFLP analysis of TRB3 Q84R polymorphism. The PCR products were digested with MspŠ followed by 2% agarose gel electrophoresis:
the resulting wild-type (QQ) samples contained one band sized 593 bp, heterozygotes
(QR) samples contained two bands sized 593 bp and 297 bp and homozygotes (RR) contained
one band sized 297 bp. M: 100 bp DNA marker; 1: RR genotype; 2,3,5,9,11,12: QQ genotype;
4,6,7,8,10: QR genotype.
