QPCR analysis of FSHR mRNA in the cells of ovaries derived from calves or cows. Total RNA was extracted from cumulus cells and mural granulosa cells. The expression of these mRNAs was normalized to the expression of GAPDH measured in the same RNA preparation. Results of three independent experiments are summarized and expressed as the mean ± SEM.
