Differential DNA methylation profiles in gynecological cancers and correlation with clinico-pathological data

Different methylation profiles occur in cervical, endometrial and ovarian cancers, and aberrant methylation of certain genes corresponds with clinico-pathologic data, suggesting that DNA methylation could be useful as a tumor classification marker.
